Solomon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, programs, or content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from any program, course, membership, or community without refund if their behavior is deemed disrespectful, harmful, or out of alignment with the values of WomenThink®.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Orange County, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for anyone who violates these terms. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, we'll update the date above.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
